Seems a fairly random selection of countries only missing out North America and Western mainland Europe both of which have lots of regulations to pass, although so does Austrailia which they are sorting out.

I agree, it seems very strange to deliver cars to Belarus but not Lithuania. The 36 places seem very far apart - and Egypt, Sudan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and NORTH KOREA! it's quite a list!

I don't expect many other companies have access to sell in North Korea, most Chinese companies don't have export licenses and most other countries have trade bans!

It's probably not a big market though with only around 20,000 cars on the roads and several domestic manufacturers!
