    The British MG version

Shanghai Automotive Executive Vice President and General Manager of passenger cars Chen Hong pointed out that the Roewe 350 is a global strategic model. Following its release in the domestic market, a right hand drive version will be manufactured in Britain on the same platform. SAIC will release an MG hatchback+ model next year.

Does that say hatchback - think it says 2.5 box scratch

    It seems to say hatchback+...

    What I want is a hatchback minus - that's maximum 172" long!

Great news otherwise. That's two models for MG Birmingham even before an MG5 or a new sportscar!

I guess the ZS hatch is actually 2.5 boxes - there is the short flat bit for mounting the spoiler on unlike the ZR which doesn't have the extra bit so is only 2 box.

    Very true sunny

Hu Maoyuan told reporters, "The AP11 not only produced the Roewe 350, we will also put into the MG brand. Following the Roewe 350, next year off the assembly line will come AP12 (Hatchback), as well as in 2012 AP13 (Small SUV), another A-class car from Nanjing every year."

Insiders say "AP11 A-class car platform will produce the famous MG and Roewe models in collinear production, the MG5 and Roewe 350 respectively, the platform will also derive an MPV, hatchback, sedan and other models."
