The car pictured is a renamed MG ZS Mk II on show on the MG stand at the 2007 Shanghai Auto Show. It was/will never be produced as an MG 5 for a number of reasons including licensing issues - Honda hold some of the IP rights to the design.

No pictures of an actual or a prototype MG 5 have yet been released.
