The ZS's never performed like we hoped they would although I used to watch them and thought with a little extra investment they could have been winning cars. Hopefully 888 will give the team the extra ooomph it needs. MG should do a road going version too with big brakes, decent engine spec and uprated suspension etc. Once the 6's start beating Focus ST's Golf VR's and other hot hatches in traffic light duels they may become a real alternative to the rest.
One more thing, do something about the window switches too, perhaps aluminium and not plastic ?

MG6 To be produced in the UK - Tue Nov 24, 2009 5:20 pm
The car won't be produced at Longbridge but will have final touches made there. I hear that the car will arrive with all major components installed right down to headlights and final trim.
I suppose putting the wheels on and filling with fuel may count, but I doubt it.
I hope that Longbridge will be the centre for design and QC standards, this way at least the car will be part British.
