They like black and white ones too!

They do have some coloured cars but most are not far from being grey.

It's the Roewe 250 that some believe to be a rebadged Punto, not the 350 Wink

This has a lot of legroom in the back compared to the ZS that it may be based on...

The interior looks good in those photos, except for the fake wood. The big slab of brown plastic (wood) around the transmission selector looks really bad to me.

Could be some clues in the MG6 interior spy shot, although that does still have a few Roewe bits:

So this explains why when you google for MG6 you get fridges! They're pretty cold too!

This article from the Sunday Times says this could be very dangerous, that Ford and Audi are introducing it and:

1.5L model will feature a five-speed manual and four-speed automatic transmission

Depending on configuration, high model has five-spoke aluminum alloy wheels

After many spy shots of camouflaged Roewe 350s, today we have for the first time one with no camouflage. In addition to real vehicle pictures, as well as the different configurations of the test vehicle spy photos. In order to help you learn more about this displacement of 1.5L, the official listing of the Department of transport are exposed the CSA7150MC and CSA7150AC product codes, the estimated price in 10,000 range.

Compared with the earliest version of the spy photos, the final production version of the Roewe 350 of the radiator grille design has changed, with the Roewe 550 is not similar to the previous design, but will be reduced to one grid bar, but the gull-wing shape still has 550 elements, while the shield-type LOGO from the front side on the bonnet has moved into the grill area. The use of a chrome grille also to highlight the atmosphere.

Type along the headlights on the brow of the frosted area, such as lights front and side of the hood sleek lines link up, but the headlights and the Roewe 350 is not configured lens, you can also see that this model will further reduce costs in order to achieve high cost-effectiveness. Body side of the waistline distinct tradition of adhering to the 550 models, side turn signal is still designed in the traditional fender area. Depending on configuration, the high distribution models will be used five spoke aluminum alloy wheels and low models will be equipped with steel wheels with eight spokes supplemented by imitation plastic decorative covers.

New pictures:

Roewe 350 & Roewe 550

More real photographs of the Roewe 350. Completely receded camouflage, we can more clearly see the details of the Roewe 350 and the specific configuration, however the engine is still a mysterious parameter. At the same time we have exposure of two new models. the 350D and 350C with the level of configuration details.

While the 350 shares the radiator grille and chiseled waistline and some other characteristics of the Big Brother Roewe 550 model, with its location as an A0-class model the 350 will assume more of the popular vehicles location to enhance sales. However, the first face 350 to be a lot of moderate, compared to 550 cars with their highly aggressive campaign style, the 350 through the lack of sufficient personality, will be able to win wider recognition of the crowd. Meanwhile, the the selling price of the Roewe 350 will be more close to the people through a number of more practical configurations of the specification to be realized.

The ordinary reflector headlight does not use a lens light group, there will be no xenon light source and LED elements appearing. However, we noted that it is using boneless wiper blade design, and design of front and rear disc brakes with 205/55R16 tires in conjunction with 16-inch aluminum alloy wheels, the lower model with steel wheels and plastic decorative cover configuration.

Roewe 350 taillight while in the details can still see some lines similar to 550, but the overall style has undergone significant changes, compared with 550 full of convex rounded shape, 350 models is more chiseled, in the boot cover the edge of the hem to create a more prominent form. At the right rear the chrome font 350D and 350C can distinguish high and low configurations different models. In addition, there is one detail can be distinguished 350D model is a license frame chrome trim strip above the bottom of the LOGO will be integrated with a reversing camera, while the 350C version, only with three probes reversing radar configuration.

For location and price control model to consider Roewe 350 will not appear electrically adjustable front seats and other luxury configurations. Of course, they will hot have the independent rear air-conditioning vents, but there will still be the twin folding cup holder armrests. Rear room, while not luxurious, but compared to other models for the same level, it is still remarkable.

In the engine configuration, not the previous rumors of the 1.5T turbo engine yet, and not follow MG MG3SW with the 1.4L engine, but a brand new 1.5L VTi engine. This type of four-cylinder naturally aspirated engine 15S4U with peak power reached a 78kw (106 hp).

350C and 350D models through the interior details of the comparison we can clearly distinguish differences in the level of the configuration of different models. 350D will be configured with multi-function steering wheel, MP3-format DVD with GPS navigation capabilities, but also can achieve visual reversing function, air-conditioning is also equipped with automatic temperature control. While the 350C models are just ordinary silver trim steering wheel, and CD audio head, of course, can also support MP3 and WMA formats, in addition to in front of the gear stick will be inside the storage interface and USB interface, audio input, air-conditioning with manual control knob.

Roewe 350 from the instrument panel, or the number reflects the Roewe brand been promoting the concept of full-time numbers, in addition to the pointer speed table also retained the situation, the other all have been digitized, the speed of the table also appear in the huge numbers of traffic situation, the computer screen on. Steering wheel to the left is a fog lamp button on the lower part of the design of a more convenient card slots and storage grid can be stored for daily use access cards. And then at the bottom is the fuel tank cover and engine cover to open pull switch.

Boot to open the door through the driver's seat position of the round push-button electronic control, central location and the doors on both sides of a total of handbrake has designed as many as four water-cup holders. Roewe 350 model in addition to configure 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, the transmission should be temporarily does not appear in CVT versions, but the five-speed manual version and the four-speed automatic transmission version. DSG will appear in later models.

I noticed a thread on the MG-Rover forum:

Roewe 350 roll out on 17th March, launched on Beijing auto show.

While it is true that the Roewe 350 will be launched at the Beijing Auto Show 2010, the date of this show is 25th April to May 2nd with the press day on April 23rd.

The shows website: http://www.china-autoshow.com/2010beijing/index_e.asp

There will be no roll out on 17th March, however there will be a press day to disclose both NAC and SAIC "2010 developments plans", there will also be some real information on the Roewe 350 - we have only had leaks so far.

Current information is that at launch there will be a NASP 1.5L version with both 5 speed manual and 4 speed (low cost) automatic. A 1.5L turbo DSG Automatic will follow later in the year.
